NEQO ("we", "our", "us") values your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our products, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account details — name, email, and password when you create an account.
• Order details — shipping address, contact number, and purchase history.
• Warranty & support — serial numbers, photos of receipts, and product issues you share with us.
• Google Sign-In details — if you sign in with Google: your name, verified email address, and Google account ID (see “Signing in with Google” below).
• Usage data — pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• To process orders, provide warranty service, and respond to support requests.
• To improve our products and personalise your experience on the site.
• To send you transactional emails (order updates, shipping, claims).
• With your consent, to send marketing communications you can opt out of any time.

You can create an account or sign in to NEQO with your Google Account, on our website and in our distributor portal. This is what that involves:

• What we receive from Google — your name, your email address (only if Google has verified it), and a unique Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• What we don’t access — we do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google service.
• How we use it — only to create your NEQO account, recognise you the next time you sign in with Google, address you by name, and send you account, order, and warranty emails at that address. We store your name, email address, and Google account ID with your account for these purposes.
• Sharing — we do not sell this information, and we share it only as described under “Sharing & Third Parties”.

You can stop signing in with Google at any time and revoke NEQO’s access from your Google Account permissions page. To have your NEQO account and its data deleted, write to support@neqosound.com.

NEQO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business — payment processors, shipping partners, analytics tools, and customer-service platforms — under contractual obligations to protect your data.

You can update your account details from your account page, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message, and request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to support@neqosound.com.
